Tonewheel General provides both in- and outpatient services and makes house calls in and around the Kansas City area. We have traveled as far away as Des Moines, IA, Lincoln, NE, St. Louis and Joplin, MO; trip charges apply in these situations. Service rates are $95 for the first hour (includes a $20 service call fee) and $75 per hour for additional time. Shop rates are $75 per hour.

In most cases problems can be diagnosed and fixed during the first visit. We have a ready supply of spares that can get your instrument operational while your preamplifier or amplifier is in the shop for repair.

We also provide mail order repair and rebuilding of Leslie and Hammond amplifiers, preamplifiers, and vibrato scanner units.
